All orders will be processed and shipped within one day of confirmation. If an order is placed after our normal business hours, please allow another day for shipping. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays where the shop is closed.
Shipping is automatically calculated based on items purchased and your location. If something seems off when trying to make a purchase, send us an email and we'll figure it out.
We do our best to get you the quickest and most affordable shipping method. Most items will be sent via USPS, and some oversize items will be sent via Fedex. We will always provide you with a tracking number for your order.
Lastly, we try to recycle as much as possible, so there is a good chance your order will come in a repurposed box with recycled packaging.

Regular merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date provided the following conditions are met.
All returns require a Return Authorization number. To receive a RA number, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Once a return is approved you will be sent an RA number. Please mail back your item within 3 days of receiving your RA number. DO NOT send back any merchandise without an RA number first.
The Bike Lane is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Merchandise must be in sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached (when applicable). No returns on items that are not in original sellable condition.
After 30 days, all sales are FINAL.
The Bike Lane is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, a refund will then be issued to the same method of payment with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
